Terms of Use for Etheria Crystals Independent Website
Welcome to etheriacrystals.com](hereinafter referred to as “this site” or “we”)! These terms are a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as “user” or “you”) and etheriacrystals.com regarding the use of this site and related services. Please read them carefully. - Effect of the Terms: These terms and the “Privacy Policy” together constitute a complete legal document. In case of any conflict, these terms shall prevail.
II. User Account
(1) Registration and Authentication
- Information Requirements: When registering, you need to provide your real name, email address, and mobile phone number (used for account creation, security verification, and order notifications).
- Third-Party Login: You can log in quickly through platforms such as Google and Facebook. In this case, you authorize us to obtain your public information (such as avatar, nickname, and email).
- Real-Name Authentication: In accordance with cross-border payment or tax compliance requirements (such as EU VAT, US EIN), we may collect your passport/ID card information (only collected when necessary).
(2) Account Security
- Account Liability: You are required to keep your account password properly by yourself and shall not transfer, rent out, or share your account. You shall bear all losses caused by password leakage or account abuse.
- Handling of Abnormal Situations: If you find an abnormal login to your account, you need to notify us immediately through [customer service email]. We will assist in freezing the account, but we shall not be liable for any losses incurred before the notification.

- Core Services: Provide product browsing, online ordering, order tracking, cross-border logistics inquiry, multilingual customer service (such as Chinese/English/Spanish, etc.) and after-sales support.
- Subscription Service: You can voluntarily subscribe to emails/text messages to receive notifications of new products, promotions, and order status, and you can unsubscribe at any time through “Account Settings” or the “Unsubscribe” option at the bottom of the email.
IV. Orders and Payments
(1) Order Rules
- Order Confirmation: After submitting an order, an order number will be generated. The order shall take effect subject to the “Order Confirmation” email sent by us. If we are unable to fulfill the order due to inventory issues, price errors, etc., we will notify you via email/text message and cancel the order, and we shall not be liable for any additional responsibilities.
- Price and Currency: The product price shall be subject to the real-time display on this site. Multiple currencies such as USD/EUR/GBP are supported for settlement (selected according to the IP address or manually). Cross-border tariffs, value-added taxes, and other taxes and fees are not included (which shall be borne by you when going through customs clearance).
(2) Payment Methods
- Supported Methods: We accept international payment tools such as Visa/Mastercard, PayPal, and Stripe. After the payment is completed, the order will enter the preparation state.
- Payment Failure: If the payment fails, the order will be automatically cancelled after 30 minutes, and you can place a new order.
(3) Out-of-Stock and Changes
- Handling of Out-of-Stock Situations: If the product is out of stock, we will notify you within 3 working days. You can choose to wait for restocking, replace it with the same product, or cancel the order (full refund).
- Order Modification: After the order takes effect, information such as the delivery address and product specifications cannot be modified. Please check carefully before placing an order.
V. Delivery, Return, and Exchange
(1) Global Delivery
- Delivery Scope: Delivery to more than 200 countries and regions around the world is supported.
- Customs Clearance Liability: You are required to bear the tariffs, value-added taxes, and other taxes and fees in the destination country/region. If the package is returned due to your refusal to pay the taxes and fees, we shall not be liable for the freight and product losses.
(2) Receipt and Inspection
- Appearance Inspection: Please confirm that the package is in good condition when signing for it. If you find any damage, shortage of items, or inconsistent products, you need to contact the customer service within 24 hours after signing for it and provide the unpacking video/photos as evidence.
- Cross-border Logistics Delay: We shall not be liable for any delivery delays caused by force majeure factors such as customs inspections, holidays, and the epidemic, but we will assist in following up on the logistics progress.
(3) Return and Exchange Policy
- Applicable Conditions:
- No-Reason Return and Exchange: Within 7 days after signing for the product, if the product is in good condition (not worn, with the label and packaging intact), you can apply for a return or exchange (the freight shall be borne by you).
- Return and Exchange for Quality Issues: Within 10 days after signing for the product, if there are quality issues such as breakage or serious defects, you can apply for a return or exchange (proof is required, and the freight shall be borne by us).
- No Return and Exchange Supported: Customized products (such as engraved crystals), used/damaged products, and problems caused by improper storage.
- Return and Exchange Process: Contact the customer service to apply → After the application is approved, send the product back to the designated address (China/US/EU warehouse, subject to the customer service notification) → After the inspection is passed, the refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 working days.
VI. User Code of Conduct
- Compliance Commitment: You undertake not to use this site to engage in illegal activities (such as money laundering and fraud), and not to spread false information, infringing content, or malicious evaluations.
- Technical Restrictions: It is prohibited to interfere with the operation of this site through technical means such as crawlers and malicious programs, or to obtain user data and product information without authorization.
- Abuse of Rights: You shall not abuse the right of return and exchange (such as multiple no-reason returns and exchanges that affect secondary sales), or make malicious complaints or claims.
- Handling of Violations: If you violate the above norms, we have the right to restrict/freeze the account, delete the illegal content, or pursue legal responsibilities (including compensation for losses).
VII. Intellectual Property and Content
